Does it close?
Yes, a zipper runs across the top of the main compartment. The two front pockets are open.
What's it made of?
Washed cotton canvas. Soft from the first day rather than stiff, with a lived-in matte finish.
Can I wash it?
Spot clean with cold water and mild soap, then air dry. Machine washing may shrink the canvas and warp the shape.
